Vocational & Trade Aid (VocAid)

The Scholarship Office hereby offers financial assistance for eligible residents who wish to pursue a certificate at the Northern Marianas Technical Institute (NMTI).  NMTI is a Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands government nonprofit public corporation, a career, trades, and technical training institution located on Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

The Hospitality and Culinary Programs are certified by the hotel industry in which students are mentored. 


Latte Training Academy (LTA)

The Latte Training Academy (LTA) is a CNMI nonprofit organization. The organization was founded in 2013 to address workforce development issues in the CNMI and throughout the Marianas region. LTA was formed to help prepare the CNMI's workforce with credentialed skill-based training that are in demand within the Marianas.

LTA is an established partner with the prestigious American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) and offers a globally recognized Hotel & Hospitality certification. In addition, they offer Allied Health Courses credentialed through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) and the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). The Information Technology (IT) certifications are accredited through CompTIA, the IT industry's leading credentialing body.  LTA’s Business Administration courses offer a variety of credentials through the National Bookkeepers Association (NBA) and the Accounting Training Unlimited (ATU).  Lastly, professional development trainings are also offered through their partnership with the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
